French real estate investment manager OREIMA has raised €275m at the close of its latest fund Oreima IV after receiving capital commitments from European institutional investors.

The manager said the fund, which has a 50% leverage component, has approximately €200m of already-made investments.

The Oreima IV expects to make approximately €350m worth of investments mainly in offices, but also in mixed-use assets with a residential component, in Paris or in regional cities.

The fund’s investment plan also includes “associated green refurbishment initiatives”, the manager said.

Brigitte Sagnes Dupont, the president of Oreima, said: “This fundraising is a testimony of our teams’ ability to continue to successfully attract leading investors around our strategy.

“Oreima will pursue its strategic vision by selecting quality assets that will be modernised in line with its environmental aspirations and with respect for the history of the sites.”
