Frasers Property has acquired Cuppage Terrace, a cluster of 17 conservation shophouses in Singapore’s Orchard Road district, for S$175m (€119m).
The site spans approximately 28,986sqft with a total gross floor area of about 34,678sqft, excluding the outdoor refreshment area.
The transaction follows the group’s S$391.9m collective sale acquisition of the leasehold rear plot of The Centrepoint in February 2026.
