Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) has bought a logistics property in the Netherlands for €43m.

The manager of FLCT said the purchase price of the asset in Hapert represented a slight discount to the independent valuation of €44.45m as at 28 February 2026.

The modern asset is fully leased to a global logistics provider.

The deal lifts FLCT’s exposure in the Netherlands from 5.5% to 6.4%.

Anthea Lee, chief executive officer of the REIT Manager, said the DPU-accretive acquisition of the newly completed, prime freehold logistics facility in the Netherlands represents a complementary addition to its logistics and industrial portfolio.

“The property’s strong fundamentals, including having a 100% occupancy rate with a long weighted average lease to expiry of 9.5 years”, Lee added.
