Focus Healthcare Partners has secured commitments from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the City of Phoenix Employees Retirement System for its latest US senior housing fund.

The Focus Senior Housing Fund III received a $50m (€42.4m) allocation from Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and a $30m commitment from the City of Phoenix Employees Retirement System, the investors disclosed.  

Focus Healthcare is seeking to raise $750m for the fund according SEC filing in October 2025. The manager raised $370m for the previous fund in the series, which closed in June 2024.

Fund III targets a combination of core-plus, value-add and distressed investment strategies.

The fund will mainly focus on the acquisition of existing assets, but will also engage in some limited development, distressed debt and preferred equity investments across active adult, independent living and memory care assets.
