Florida State Board of Administration (SBA) completed $169.3m (€144m) worth of US industrial and medical office real estate investments during the last quarter.
The pension fund disclosed in a board meeting document that it invested $139.7m into the Lehigh Logistics development in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, via a separate account with MetLife Investment Management.
The pension fund also acquired five medical office assets for $29.6m, through its separate account with Heitman.
The medical office portfolio comprises a the 19,891sqft Willow Park Mary Lou in Willow Park and the 22,355sqft Willow Park Jimma in Weatherford in Texas; the 49,500sqft Capital Ortho in Flowood, Mississippi; the 46,150sqft CVP Surgery Center in Norfolk, Virginia; and the Beacon Ortho asset in Cincinnati, Ohio.
