An insurance company based in Europe is looking to invest $100m (€91.1m) in medical office buildings in North America through a value-add separate account relationship.

The European insurer is looking for prospective managers with minimum track records of five years, according to IPE Quest search RE-2841.

The deadline to participate in the search is 5pm UK time on 7 September 2023.
