Energy firm Equinor has acquired a 95MW onshore wind farm in southern Sweden from SUSI Partners.
Equinor is acquiring the Lyngsåsa wind farm from SUSI Renewable Energy Fund II (SREF II), which originally bought the project in 2019 when it was ready for construction.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Equinor has said it will retain BayWa RE to provide technical and commercial management services for the wind farm consisting of 22 turbines.
With the sale of the Lyngsåsa wind farm, SUSI said it has now sold three quarters of SREF II’s assets based on invested capital.
