EDF India and infrastructure investor Actis have formed a partnership to develop smart metering infrastructure across India.

The partnership will create a dedicated platform for the advanced metering infrastructure service provider concessions, supporting the Indian government’s Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme to deploy 250m smart meters by 2025.
