ECE Living has added a residential complex in Denmark’s capital to its European build-to-rent portfolio.

The investment firm has invested an undisclosed sum to acquire the fully-leased 10,000sqm apartment complex in Copenhagen on behalf of ECE Better Living Europe Fund, a fund launched last year.

Henrie W Kötter, managing partner of ECE Living, said: “With the acquisition of this highly attractive, centrally located and already fully leased property in Copenhagen, we are successfully expanding our build-to-rent portfolio.

“The high demand on the tenant market as well as the great interest on the investor side confirm us in our approach to invest in this specific and in-demand product.”

ECE Living said the ECE Better Living Europe Fund, with a current €350m investment volume, now has three fully-leased residential properties with a total of around 1,100 apartments.
