Pan-European real estate investment manager Eagle Street Partners has added a 42,000sqft office property in Ireland to its portfolio.

The asset manager said it has bought the Boole House commercial office in Beech Hill Office Campus in Clonskeagh, Dublin 6.

The vacant property, which was acquired for an undisclosed sum, is expected to be refurbished.

The acquisition brings Eagle Street’s office space in South Dublin to over 100,000sqft, alongside 1,256 residential units for development in Dublin’s North Docklands in joint ventures with institutional partners, the company said.

Since launching in late 2020, Eagle Street has committed over €650m to residential and commercial assets across the UK and Ireland.

Shane Scully, Eagle Street’s co-founder and CEO, said: “The Boole House acquisition is an important milestone in delivering Eagle Street’s investment strategy in this location, complementing two similar buildings acquired last year.

“Situated near the University College Dublin campus and with an established tenant base, we are expanding our presence in this part of Dublin and excited by the opportunity to enhance the offerings in the area over the coming months.”
