US real estate investment company Drawbridge Realty has added a $106m (€92m) office asset to its portfolio.
Drawbridge said it has acquired the 223,177sqft Arrow Electronics headquarters building at Dry Creek Station in Englewood, Colorado.
The latest deal is Drawbridge’s second major acquisition in the Denver market. The company also owns two buildings consisting of 207,000sqft space within Greenwood Corporate Plaza in Southeast Denver’s Greenwood Village.
Charlie McEachron, Drawbridge Realty’s COO, said the acquisition establishes the company’s intent to grow its portfolio in Denver, a market that “we see becoming even more popular with investment-grade companies of the innovation economy in the years ahead”.
