Real estate group Dils has expanded into Spain with the acquisition of a majority interest in Lucas Fox, a full-service agency specialising in luxury properties.
The partnership means Dils has a presence in four European countries, including Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal.
According to Giuseppe Amitrano, group CEO of Dils, the company intends to invest and consolidate in the four countries while also pursuing expansion into new markets like France, Germany, Poland and the UK.
He said: “The strategic partnership we have signed marks a key milestone for Dils in consolidating our international expansion plan initiated in 2023.
“Our collaboration with Lucas Fox and ongoing expansion makes Dils an independent and innovative player at a European level with a multidisciplinary team of over 600 people in four countries and revenues expected in excess of €100m.”
