Diamond Properties pays $320m for office complex in San Francisco suburb

Diamond Investment Properties has purchased an office complex in a San Francisco suburb for $320m (€286m), according to real estate brokerage reports.

The 305,000sqft 400/450 Concar was developed by Hines and Goldman Sachs in 2017 as part of a new development at San Mateo’s Hayward Park Station.

It includes two fully-leased buildings and include tenants WeWork and Snowflake Computing.

The developer Hines declined a request for comment.
