Delancey and Qatari Diar’s rental management company plans to expand its build-to-rent (BTR) portfolio by investing up to £180m (€204.8m) in the north-east of England.
Get Living said it intends to submit a detailed planning application for the Globe Road site, on the South Bank of Leeds, in July, with a view to work starting in 2019.
The site, which was acquired in June 2017, has lapsed planning consent.
The 756 home development on Globe Road is first Yorkshire investment for Get Living.
Launched in 2013, Get Living already manages 2,000 homes in two London neighbourhoods. It has also submitted plans for a £200m, 727-home development in Glasgow city centre.
Rick de Blaby, the executive deputy chairman of Get Living, said: “With the Council’s support through planning and other statutory approvals, we are looking to create a development with a difference that will benefit the city for the long-term by catering to the wide range of people who want to live and work in the area.
“We know from our own research that there is a demand for high quality and professionally-managed rental homes in safe, well-maintained neighbourhoods.”
The South Bank development would feature a co-working hub for tech businesses and start-ups, as well as landscaped green spaces.
