Cromwell Property sells four Dutch assets for €30m

Cromwell Property has sold four assets in The Netherlands for €30m to unnamed buyers.

The manager has sold two multi-tenanted office buildings located in Zwolle and Breda from the Artemis portfolio and has sold an office building in Vianen and mixed-use building in Nieuwegein from its Puffin portfolio. The assets total 29,642sqm.

Wouter Zwetsloot, Cromwell’s head of real estate Europe said: “The disposals ensure excellent returns for both portfolios and demonstrates our ability to create value through our active management initiatives.”

“We will continue to utilise our on-the-ground local country teams to actively seek both acquisition and disposal opportunities that deliver great results for our different investors and capital partners.”
