Corestate Capital Holding has invested €73m to buy its first micro-living properties in Poland for Bain Capital Credit.
The real estate investment manager said it has acquired the asset in Gdansk and Krakow on behalf of the $41bn global credit specialist.
In December last year, the two companies entered into an initial €500m joint investment partnership in Poland in the student apartments and serviced apartments segment.
Lars Schnidrig, CEO of Corestate Capital Group, said: “With Poland we are entering our next new market as
part of our growth strategy.
“Through client investments in 11 countries, we have now established a solid pan-European real estate platform, which we will continue to expand very systematically for the benefit of our clients.”
Schnidrig said the new properties in Poland now increase Corestate’s micro-living offering in Europe to well over 30,000 beds.
