Cording buys The Bridge office building from Cromwell Property [updated]

Cording Real Estate Group has bought an 8,145sqm office building in The Hague from Cromwell Property Group for €16.6m.

Cromwell Property said it sold The Bridge office building after completing a comprehensive transformation and substantially reducing vacancy.

Cromwell acquired the asset in 2014 for €6.4m.

Located at number 7-10 on JP Coenstraat in Beatrixkwartier, The Bridge is a two eight-storey building.

Richard den Hartigh, the head of asset management, in Benelux at Cromwell Property Group in Europe, said: “Since acquiring The Bridge in 2014, we completed several asset management initiatives including a complete refurbishment of the majority of the floors, the entrance and part of the façade, which resulted in our team signing eight new tenants.”
