Cording Real Estate Group has acquired a 25,000sqm office complex in Germany from DB Privat und Firmenkundenbank for an undisclosed sum.

The real estate manager said it bought the office complex on Hiltropwall in Dortmund as part of a club deal for clients of the Edmond de Rothschild private bank and for a client of Cording.

Cording is a member of the Edmond de Rothschild real estate investment management platform.

The property, which was built in 1993, includes 376 parking spaces.

Cording said DB Privat und Firmenkundenbank, which up to now has occupied the majority of the property itself, is leasing back around half the accommodation on a long-term basis.
