Cording Real Estate Group has acquired a 22,300sqm industrial portfolio in the Netherlands for an undisclosed sum.
Cording said it bought the four properties, which are fully let, from Focus Real Estate.
Two of the properties, Parkforum 1109 and Parkforum 1119 - 1121, are in Eindhoven. The third property, Theemsweg 31, is in Rotterdam-Botlek and the fourth asset, is situated in Barendrecht, a suburb of Rotterdam.
Rodney Bysh, the CEO of Cording, said: “The acquisition of this industrial portfolio is a logical continuation of our previous involvement in this sector.
“Based on our extensive experience in the light industrial and logistics real estate sector and the interesting growth potential of this asset class, we will increasingly acquire and manage properties in this asset class for our clients in the future.”
Cording will be taking over the investment and asset management of the properties.
