Commerz Real has added three onshore wind farms in southern Sweden worth €82.5m to its infrastructure portfolio.

The €34bn real asset investments arm of Commerzbank Group said it acquired the 68.4MW portfolio from Eolus Vind. The farms are located in Vaggeryd municipality, in Ulricehamn municipality and in Falköping municipality.

Commerz Real said it has also appointed Eolus to maintenance and management of the farms.

Jan-Peter Müller, the head of infrastructure investments at Commerz Real, said: “With this transaction, we are further diversifying our international portfolio.”
