Commerz Real has invested €60m to buy an office complex in Germany on behalf of HausInvest, an open-ended real estate fund.
The manager has bought the 10,900sqm complex on the banks of the river Rhine in Cologne’s Neustadt-Nord district from Köln Oppenheimstraße.
Maja Procz, the global head of transactions at Commerz Real, said: “With its positive leasing situation, the high-quality location and an attractive potential for redensification, the ensemble perfectly suits the investment strategy of hausInvest.”
