Colliers has acquired LocationiQ, Australia’s leading location data and analytics advisory business, as part of its transition from a traditional real estate services firm to a diversified professional services firm.

LocationiQ is Colliers’s eighth acquisition. Recent acquisitions include engineering companies PeakUrban, Craig & Rhodes, Pritchard Francis, Greenhill and TTM; urban planning specialists Ethos Urban and residential land development experts Red23.

Non-transactional services now account for around 50% of Colliers’s revenue and headcount in Australia.
