Italian real estate investor Coima has bought the Viale Isonzo 25 office complex in Milan’s Porta Romana district for €20.9m.

Coima said it has acquired the fully-let 5,400sqm asset on behalf of its Core Fund I fund and plans to retain the property in its portfolio over the long term.

The Coima Core Fund I fund already owns the adjacent Lorenzini 4 and Ripamonti 85 building which it acquired this year.

Following the latest deal, Coima now controls 50,000sqm of Porta Romana district with €100m invested to date
