A UK real estate fund advised by Clearbell Capital has made £59m (€68.7m) worth of acquisitions.
The Clearbell UK Strategic Trust has bought a portfolio of seven distribution warehouses and an office asset in the East Midlands for £29m from a private investor, invested £16m to buy the Winterhill Retail Parkin Milton Keynes from abrdn and has bought the Churchill House office asset in St Alban from Aviva Investors.

The diversity of these acquisitions demonstrates the attractiveness of UK real estate market across a range of sectors, with investor appetite showing no signs of abating.
