UK real estate fund manager Clearbell Capital has sold eight assets worth £75m (€87.3m) on behalf of its client CP Real Estate.

Clearbell said the fully-let assets, which were sold in three separate deals, include the Link portfolio of six 6 assets (4 industrial, 1 retail warehouse and 1 office), which was sold for £50.3m to Threadneedle Pensions.

Clearbell also sold a 57,000sqft logistics asset in Basildon for £14.7m to a private buyer and sold the 22 Market Street office asset in Maidenhead to Palace Capital for £10.25m.

Adam James, asset management director at Clearbell Capital, said: “Having achieved our planned asset management objectives and stabilised the assets, these disposals obtain maximum value for the investors. There is no doubt that demand remains strong for well-located, stable investments.”
