CapMan Natural Capital, the natural capital asset management arm of private asset manager CapMan, has acquired the first asset for its latest fund.
CapMan Dasos European Forest Fund IV has invested an unspecified sum to acquire a forest portfolio of approximately 6,500ha in Finland from a forest fund managed by S-Bank.
The acquired forests are located in the regions of Kainuu and North Karelia.
The acquisition represents the initial investment for CapMan Dasos European Forest Fund IV, which had its first close in December 2025.
