Canada Life Asset Management has issued a £41m (€48.9m) loan to UK-based W RE for the refinancing of a 40,000sqft multi-let office property.

The asset manager has provided the six-year fixed-rate loan to refinance the fully-let office asset at 75 Grosvenor Street in Mayfair, London.

David Owen, finance director at W RE, said: “Securing this refinancing for 75 Grosvenor Street not only ensures the future of this remarkable property but also reinforces our commitment to preserving its legacy while adapting it for modern use.
