German pension fund Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) has bought a 7,484sqm Berlin office property from Quest Investment Partners.

Quest Investment said it has sold The Graph building at Markgrafenstraße 62/63 in Berlin’s Zeitungsviertel district to a BVK fund managed by Universal-Investment with Quest Funds acting as the initiator and asset manager.

The Graph will be added to the Urban Office RE portfolio which already holds four properties located in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich as part of an investment for BVK.

Quest Investment had acquired the property in December 2020 and will carry out a refurbishment as general contractor after the sale.
