European housing provider The MESH Group has expanded into the Nordics through a new partnership with asset manager Brookfield.
The two firms have partnered to acquire a portfolio of six newly constructed Unity Living-branded housing assets across Sweden and Finland.
The portfolio, which includes three assets in Stockholm and one each in Malmö, Helsinki and Tampere, will be operated by The MESH Group.
Financial details were undisclosed.
