Brookfield has added a 1.6m sqft portfolio of assets to its French logistics portfolio.
The manager has acquired a 650,000sqft asset in Mer, Orleans and a 150,000sqft asset in Satoles en Bonce, Lyon from CBRE Investment Management; a 320,000sqft vacant asset in Meung sur Loire, Orleans from Abrdn; and a 400,000sqft asset in Marolles, South Paris from FM Logistics.
Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
Brookfield said all assets will be managed by its French logistics platform, Castignac, which oversees a portfolio of more than 25 assets and projects valued at over €1bn.
