BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) has bought a 4,400sqm office asset in Milan on behalf of an alternative real estate fund.
BNP Paribas REIM said, through its Italy arm, it bought the fully let Via Agnello office complex for around €50m from an undisclosed vendor.
BNP Paribas REIM has finalised three acquisitions in Italy in the first half of 2018. In addition to the Via Agnello deal, the company acquired Viale Stelvio in Milan and Via Gaurico in Rome.
