Real estate investment manager BGO has added a fully leased 41,810sqft medical office property in Florida to its healthcare portfolio.
BGO said it has acquired 6606 Simmons Loop Road, a two-storey medical office asset in Riverview, within the Tampa metropolitan area, for an undisclosed sum.
Completed in 2025, the property is fully leased to Women’s Care Enterprises and AdventHealth.
