Milepro Logística Última Milla SOCIMI, the Spanish logistics real estate investment trust created by investment firm Azora and Indosuez Wealth Management, has sold two logistics assets in Spain for €42.7m.
Milepro Logística, which is managed by Azora, said it has sold the two logistics warehouses in Villaverde, Madrid and Gélida, Barcelona, and will continue to manage its remaining portfolio with the aim of maximising shareholder value.
Javier Picón, Senior Partner at Azora, said: “This transaction represents a significant milestone in the execution of Milepro’s business plan.
“The sale of Gélida and Villaverde allows part of the value created since the vehicle’s inception to be realised, in line with the planned strategy, and confirms the quality of a portfolio built on assets with strong fundamentals.”
