Aviva Investors Real Estate has bought a 10,000sqm office asset in Amsterdam from APF International.

The manager, on behalf of one of its funds, acquired the Avenue Building in Hoofddorp for an undisclosed sum.

The building is currently let to 4 tenants.

Aviva said the deal, the first acquisition in the Netherlands, is part of the pan-European development of Aviva France.
