AviaRent Invest has added a 5,200sqm senior care centre in Germany to its open-ended property fund’s portfolio.
The social infrastructure investor said the CareVision IV has acquired Lustgarten at Holpergrund 9–11 in Diemelstadt for an undisclosed sum.
The inpatient senior care centre has 139 care places in 43 single and 48 twin rooms and a car park with 21 outdoor parking spaces.
The centre is operated by Alloheim Senioren Residenzen Zweite SE & Co.
Sascia Hauke, head of asset management at AviaRent Invest, said: “The Lustgarten senior care centre in Diemelstadt is located in the heart of a first-class recreational area and is equipped with modern, age-appropriate facilities to create a homely, cosy and familiar atmosphere for residents.
“With this latest acquisition to our portfolio, we are adding yet another high-quality property that fully satisfies the exacting standards of our fund.”
The CareVision IV fund, which invests primarily in Germany, targets investments in a diversified portfolio of nursing properties, assisted living and nursing homes that specialise in dementia and alternative forms of living.
