AviaRent Invest has added a 5,200sqm senior care centre in Germany to its open-ended property fund’s portfolio.
The social infrastructure investor said the CareVision IV has acquired Lustgarten at Holpergrund 9–11 in Diemelstadt for an undisclosed sum.
The inpatient senior care centre has 139 care places in 43 single and 48 twin rooms and a car park with 21 outdoor parking spaces.
The centre is operated by Alloheim Senioren Residenzen Zweite SE & Co.

The CareVision IV fund, which invests primarily in Germany, targets investments in a diversified portfolio of nursing properties, assisted living and nursing homes that specialise in dementia and alternative forms of living.
