The real estate arm of Ares Management Corporation has acquired a portfolio of five logistics assets in Poland from Savills Investment Management.
Ares Real Estate has acquired a the portfolio for an undisclosed sum, with assets located in Warsaw, Poznan, Upper Silesia and Szczecin.
The portfolio, which is 94% le leased, will be managed by the firm’s global logistics platform, Marq Logistics.

Evert Castelein, head of industrial and logistics Europe at Savills Investment Management, said the disposal represents the successful culmination of the firm’s business plan following the acquisition of the portfolio in 2020, “when we recognised both its potential and the opportunities offered by the Polish logistics market”.
