Nordic real assets manager Areim has acquired a 7,100sqm logistics property in southwest Sweden from CapMan Real Estate.
CapMan Real Estate said it has completed the sale of a property in Mölnlycke on behalf of its Nordic Property Income Fund at a price above the asset’s latest valuation.
Financial details were not disclosed.
CapMan Real Estate acquired the property in 2022. During its ownership, the firm carried out environmental upgrades, which included securing a BREEAM Very Good certification and installing solar panels on site.
