A fund managed by Arcus Infrastructure Partners has acquired a service vessel provider for the salmon farming industry in Norway and Iceland.
The Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 (AEIF3) fund has invested an unspecified amount to acquire Abyss which operates 30 service vessels.
Since its establishment in 2000, Abyss has grown into the second-largest service vessel provider for salmon farming.

The acquisition of Abyss is the eighth investment made by AEIF3.
