Apollo has acquired a €137m office building in France for its core-plus strategy.

The manager said the acquisition of the 19,000sqm Terra Nova V building in Paris from marks the strategy’s entry into France. The fully-let asset was acquired from Generali Real Estate.

The strategy which has assets across Germany, UK, Benelux, Ireland and Poland, manages €1.6bn worth of assets.

Apollo’s real assets group manages $52bn (€45bn) worth of assets across real estate debt, equity, principal finance and infrastructure.
