Amundi Immobilier has completed its first real estate acquisition in Barcelona as part of its plan to invest in core and core-plus assets internationally.

The asset manager has bought the newly built SA 65 office asset from Spanish commercial property developer Conren Tramway for an undisclosed sum.

The building, which offers 8,330sqm of office space over 6 floors and a 1,200sqm roof terrace, will be entirely occupied by French co-working company Wojo.

Jean-Marc Coly, managing director of Amundi Immobilier, said: “With the acquisition of SA 65, we are completing our first transaction in Barcelona. This transaction is perfectly in line with our strategy of investing in core/core+ assets internationally.”
