Amundi Real Estate has entered the Polish real estate market with the acquisition of an office and retail building in Warsaw.

The manager, on behalf of its managed funds, has bought the Nowogrodzka Square asset from Polish property developer Yareal for an undisclosed sum.

Built in 2018, Nowogrodzka Square – which comprises 10,783sqm of offices, 652sqm of ground floor retail outlets, and 94sqm of archive facilities – is leased to ten tenants, Amundi said.

Jean-Marc Coly, CEO of Amundi Real Estate said: “The acquisition of this recent, secure and well-located asset in Warsaw is our debut transaction in the Polish commercial property market.

“This award-winning building complements our portfolio of core and core-plus assets and illustrates our capacity for international diversification.”
