Real estate fund manager AEW has acquired a French private health facility from Primonial REIM France for an undisclosed amount.
AEW said the 15,000sqm Clinique du Parc facility in Lyon, spread across two buildings, is let to operator ELSAN Group on a 12-year lease which took effect in 2023.
AEW said the acquisition of Clinique du Parc was in line with its strategy of expanding into premium healthcare assets leased to reputable, investment-grade providers.

We have identified the healthcare sub-sector as an area of growth for our business as we diversify the breadth of investments which we can offer our clients.
