GLOBAL - Baird, CBRE, Hermes, ING, Invesco, Jones Lang LaSalle, JP Morgan, Partners Group.

Baird - Lindsey Houser joins after 10 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, appointed as director of Baird's real estate investment banking team. In his previous role, Houser was director of the property investment banking group and has also worked for Stonebridge Associates.  He will be based in the company's Charlotte, North Carolina office.

CBRE Global Investors - John Ozinga will join as country manager for France from early next year. He will be responsible for the company's strategic direction in the country, as well as day-to-day management of the firm. Ozinga was most recently managing director for Carrefour property's French activities and spent a decade at Accor as development director in the UK, Ireland and Benelux states.

Hermes Real Estate Investment Management - Stephen Ellis has been hired as a portfolio manager, overseeing a portfolio of industrial and regional office units.  He joins from Royal & SunAlliance and previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle.

ING Real Estate Finance - Herman Gelauff, who spent five years as global real estate strategist at Mn Services, has moved to ING and been named senior research manager in the company's office in The Hague.

Invesco Real Estate - The company has reorganised aspects of its European business, with Sebastien Daguenet and Stéphanie Bensimon joining Invesco, while Tom Emson will move from Paris to New York. Daguenet has been named product and fund manager and joins from CNP Assurances, where he spent the last seven years. Bensimon, meanwhile, has been named head of transactions for France and Belgium and previously worked at CarVal Investors. She has previously also worked at GE Capital and Rabobank. Emson, current head of transactions for France will move to the company's New York office to act as an intermediary between global clients and Invesco's European portfolio.

Jones Lang LaSalle - Mark Wynne-Smith has been promoted to global chief executive of its hotels unit, having previously overseen JLL's EMEA hotel operations. He replaces Arthur de Haast, named chairman of the hotels group. Christoph Härle and Jon Hubbard - currently both managing directors - will assume joint responsibility for the EMEA region, as well as joining the company's global board.

JP Morgan Asset Management - Rob Johnson has joined as head of global business for the Chinese real estate market. Johnson, based in Hong Kong, previously worked for the Blackstone Group as managing director of business actitivies in Asia. He will report to Michael O'Brien, global head of real assets client relations and strategy.

Partners Group - Andreas Baumann and Michael Studer, co-head of the company's Singapore office and head of the portfolio and risk management team, respectively, have been promoted to partner.

Rockspring Property Investment Managers - Ben Lonsdale joins from DTZ as senior research analyst, reporting to Jose Luis Pellicer, the company's head of research and associate partner. At DTZ, Lonsdale was economics consultant and previously worked at Philips as a market analyst.
