GLOBAL - Rockspring Property Investment Managers, Europa Capital, Cushman & Wakefield, Brookfield Asset Management, Lend Lease, Terrace Hill, Cordea Savills, NB Real Estate, Orco Property Group, Atrium

Rockspring Property Investment Managers - Jose Luis Pellicer has re-joined as associate partner and head of research. Pellicer was Rockspring's research head between 2004 and 2007 before leaving to join Goldman Sachs' property derivatives team and, subsequently, AEW Europe, where he was head of the London research operation. He will also be a member of Rockspring's investment committee.

Europa Capital - The European real estate fund manager has appointed eight members of its management team as equity partners in the business. Erik Ruane, Nic Fox and Rob Sim (previously directors at Europa Capital), together with five other members of the management team (Belinda Chain, Richard Collins, Kevin D'Arcy, Simon Hooper and Jason Oram) have joined the founder partners Peter Cluff, Christopher Curtis, Charles Graham, Noel Manns and Robert Martin, and The Rockefeller Group as owners of the business.

Cushman & Wakefield - Global capital-raising specialist Bernhard Karas has been appointed director within the global capital markets team. Based in Hong Kong, Karas will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield teams in London, Frankfurt, Singapore and New York. He joins Cushman & Wakefield after nine years at M3 Capital Partners.

Brookfield Asset Management - Former Prudential Real Estate Investors executive Robert Bilse has been appointed vice-president of Brookfield's private funds group, based in New York. He will support capital raising and marketing activities.

Lend Lease - Former Merrill Lynch managing director Duncan Taylor has joined as part of the Sydney-based company's expansion into infrastructure fund management.

Terrace Hill - The UK real estate developer has appointed Richard Petyt as a consultant in its retail division. Petyt joins from supermarket retailer Asda.

Cordea Savills - The fund manager has appointed Arnold de Haan as a non-executive director. De Haan was previously chief executive of Multi Corporation, runs property consultancy Boishaen and is a director at Meyer Bergman property group.

NB Real Estate - Chairman Mike Hatt is leaving the company following the sale to property services firm Capita Symonds last year. Hatt oversaw the sale of NB Real Estate, formerly Nelson Bakewell, to Capita Symonds in February last year, and has spent the past 15 months managing the integration of the two businesses.

Orco Property Group - The CEE and Germany real estate development specialist has hired Gabriel Lahyani as managing director in charge of the development business line. Jacques Bonnafont also joins as general secretary of the group.

Atrium - Aharon Soffer has been appointed as non-executive director following the retirement from the board of Michael Bar Haim. Soffer is president of Gazit-Globe and will be one of Gazit's appointed directors on the board.
