GLOBAL - INREV, Pinsent Masons, Cushman & Wakefield

INREV - The European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles has made three appointments to its management board: Christian Delaire, chief executive at AEW Europe; Matthew Ryall, head of indirect investment at Allianz Real Estate; and Neil Harris, senior vice-president and head of asset management for Europe at GIC Real Estate International. Chris Morrish, managing director and regional head for Europe at GIC Real Estate, and Leif Andersson, chief executive at AREIM, Sweden, have stepped down after serving their maximum term on the board. Tobias Pfeffer, manager of indirect investments at Generali Deutschland Immobilien, has also stepped down after moving roles to become a fund manager. INREV said this was necessary to maintain the appropriate investor/fund manager split on the board.

Pinsent Masons - The law firm has hired David Taylor, former global head of real estate at DLA Piper. Taylor, currently a senior consultant at DLA, will join Pinsent Masons in May.

Cushman & Wakefield - The real estate consultancy has appointed international investment specialist Yahya Abdulla to its EMEA capital markets team in London. Adbulla joins from Al Salam Bank in Bahrain, where he was an assistant vice-president in the investments team. He will focus primarily on direct and indirect investment opportunities for Middle Eastern investors in European real estate and other global regions.
