EUROPE - AXA Real Estate, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Cordea Savills, DTZ, Matrix Group

AXA Real Estate - Pascal Aujoux has been promoted to head of property services in France, reporting to Eric Stampfli, head of property services for southern Europe. The French Property Services team has also made a number of promotions: Christophe Facomprez has been promoted to head of transactions, with responsibility for acquisitions, disposals and lettings; Jerôme Delaunay has been appointed as head of asset management; Corinne Delepace has become head of real estate legal; and Jean-Manuel Rossi is head of development for Europe, with responsibility for development, redevelopment and promotion projects.

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - Richard Moxon has been appointed as chair of the UK world regional board, the largest RICS world region. As part of his new role, Moxon will work closely with RICS's UK executive to grow the organisation's membership and its commercial income. He will head up the UK board and be responsible for preparing a rolling business plan based on RICS's corporate strategy and for overseeing its implementation, as well as contributing to overall plans by providing market insight from the region.

Cordea Savills - The fund manager has appointed Patrick Lowther as associate director of investment. Lowther will be based in the company's London office, working with UK transactions and asset management. Prior to joining Cordea Savills, Lowther was a senior associate at ING Real Estate Investment Management, where he spent seven years.

DTZ - The global adviser has appointed Hugh Radford as head of UK retail. Radford has been a director at DTZ since 2007, when the company acquired Donaldsons, where he was an equity partner. He retains responsibility for the business's retail agency team.

Matrix Group - Peter Bax joins as head of property asset management. Bax was previously a portfolio manager with Citi Property Investors for nine years.
