Schroders - Jenny Buck, head of Schroders' real estate multi-manager business, has resigned and will be replaced by Graeme Rutter and Rob Bingen.
Both Rutter and Bingen will retain their existing responsibilities for UK and European multi-manager property, respectively.
Bingen, a former ABP portfolio manager, will also have responsibility for Schroders' property securities activities.
He will focus on developing an investment proposition that will use other investment products to unlisted property funds to achieve diversification beyond Europe.
Schroders said the majority of its multi-manager clients would not see any change to the management of their accounts.
William Hill, head of property at Schroders, said: "Jenny leaves with our best wishes, having built one of the largest and most experienced teams in the multi-manager sector.
"Graeme and Rob are excited about the challenge of taking the business forward to meet the changing market."
