LaSalle Investment Management – LaSalle has hired three executives to its client capital group. Suzanne Martinez joins the Chicago office with responsibility for clients in Ontario, Canada, and the Midwest and North-Central states in the US. She was previously with Avison & Young. Samer Honein has been promoted from LaSalle’s French acquisitions team in Paris to client executive for the Middle East and North Africa. Leonie Wilkinson joins the Syndey office with responsibility for Australia and New Zealand. She joins from Macquarie Capital.
Schroder Property – Chris Ludlam has been appointed as head of real estate capital. Ludlam has also been appointed to Schroders European Property executive committee and will report directly to Duncan Owen. Ludlam has also worked for AEW Europe and GreenOak Real Estate.
Cordea Savills – Pauline Chong has been recruited as director of institutional business in Asia. Chong will manage Cordea Savills’ new business in Malaysia and other south east Asian markets. Chong has worked for Jefferies International and Standard Chartered.
Union Investment Real Estate – Thomas Gnieser has joined the German fund manager’s New York office. Gnieser has been appointed as senior investment and will be responsible for transactions in North and Latin America. He was previously at CBRE, covering Australia and New Zealand.
Mayfair Capital Investment Management – Jonathan Gibbon has been appointed as an investment director. Gibbon was joint head of UK transactions at Aberdeen Asset Management.
AXA Investment Managers – Greg Mansell has been appointed as a senior strategist. Mansell was formerly head of applied research at IPD.
DTZ – Bianca Hönig has been appointed as head of property management in Germany. Hönig, who will take up the new position in September in Frankfurt/Main, has previously worked for Hochtief Property Management.
