Legal & General Property – James Lidgate has been appointed as head of residential. Lidgate was previously at Bellway Homes, where he was Land Director for four years. He has also worked at St George and Laing Homes.
IVG Immobilien – Wolfgang Schäfers has resigned as chief executive and member of the Board of Management. Schäfers created an insolvency plan for IVG Immobilien as well as implementing further measures for financial and operational restructuring.
AMP Capital – Emma Haight has been appointed as director in the global infrastructure debt team. Haight was previously at NIBC Bank where she was vice-president in the project finance division. Haight has also held similar roles at Nur Energie and Allen & Overy.
James Fox has been appointed as an associate director in AMP’s London office and will join the firm at the end of April. Fox was previously at British Land.
Haight and Fox will both report to AMP Capital Infrastructure debt principal Richard Lane.
Spencer Ivey has been recruited as an associate director in New York and will relocate in May from AMP Capital’s Sydney office where he was fund controller in the infrastructure debt team. Ivey will be replaced in Sydney by Greg Gill, who was previously manager of AMP Capital’s fund accounting team.
