Forum Partners – George Ahl has been appointed managing director of capital markets in the company’s Greenwich office in the US.

Ahl was a founding principal of M3 Capital Partners and previously held senior positions at Security Capital Group and Crimson Capital Corporation. At Forum, Ahl will be responsible for capital markets and future product development, with a primary focus on North America.

CBRE Global Investors – Jean Lamothe has left the company after three years. Lamothe, who was president of CBRE Investors’ European operations prior to its merger with ING Real Estate Investment Management, was most recently head of value-add investments for the EMEA region.

KGAL – Alexander Christian Mueller is leaving KGAL this month. Mueller worked for KGAL for four years and was director of international institutional business.

Tikehau Group –  Frédéric Jariel has been appointed as a head of real estate.

The group’s real estate division will now be co-led by Jariel, who was previously head of Goldman Sachs’ Archon Group. Thomas Friedberger and Vincent Mercadier have been recruited to the company’s equity division. Friedberger has worked for 13 years at Goldman Sachs in its London, Paris and Milan offices. Mercadier was previously an equity analyst at Royal Capital Management.
